Momentum — We're here to help
Stuck, or something not working? We'd love to hear from you.
Momentum is a count of the days you showed up. Complete or even partially complete a routine and the day counts. Skipping a step still counts as showing up — the Skip button is not a penalty. Unlike a streak, momentum never resets to zero.
Nothing bad. One missed day is a grace day: your momentum holds exactly where it was. Miss two or more days in a row and momentum halves instead of resetting — and it never drops below 1 once you've run a routine. The dot grid on the Progress tab shows grace days in a soft warm tone. There is no red anywhere in the app.
No. In a routine's editor you choose which days it runs. Days you've turned off are rest days: they never count against you and never use up a grace day.
Each step has an optional timer. When it finishes, Momentum waits about ten seconds — a gentle grace period — then moves to the next step on its own. Tap Done to move on early, or Skip to pass a step without guilt. Steps with "No timer" wait for you.
No. Reopen the app and your run continues where you left off. If a run is left unfinished for more than six hours, it's saved as a partial run — and a partial run still counts as showing up.
Everything in Momentum is free: unlimited steps, full history, themes, the widget, and reminders. The only limit is two active routines at a time. A single one-time purchase — Unlimited routines — lifts that limit forever. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Yes. Unlimited routines supports Family Sharing. Buy it once and everyone in your iCloud family group can unlock it too.
Go to Settings → Unlimited routines → Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you purchased with. You can also tap Restore on the purchase screen itself.
Each routine can send one gentle reminder at a time you choose, only on the days it runs. Reminders are local notifications generated on your phone — nothing goes through a server. If you're not seeing them, open iOS Settings → Momentum → Notifications and make sure they're allowed.
Touch and hold your Home Screen (or Lock Screen), tap the + button, search for Momentum, and add it. The widget shows today's routine and your momentum, and tapping it starts your routine if you haven't done it yet.
Completely. Momentum has no account, no server, and no sync. Everything lives on your phone and works offline.
Open a routine's menu (the ··· on its card) and choose Edit; delete steps by swiping, or delete the routine from its editor. To remove everything, delete the app — there's nothing stored anywhere else.
Yes. Momentum collects no personal data, has no analytics, and sends nothing to any server. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Read the full Privacy Policy.
